The standard has moved

Mobile-first. AI-ready.
Built for the next customer.

A modern website has more work to do than look good.
Explore the six capabilities we build around.

Select a capability to explore it.

01 / Designed for the device in their hand

Your website should feel native to a phone.

We design the mobile experience first: the message, the navigation, the images, and the moment someone decides to get in touch.

  • Readable without zooming. Usable without hunting.
  • Fast-loading pages and images sized for the screen.
  • Quote forms, calls, and booking paths built for a thumb.
The question your site should answer

Can a customer understand your offer and request a quote from their phone?

A customer journey that works from the first tap.

02 / Search visibility · SEO

Give Google something worth finding.

A single vague services page cannot explain everything you do. We organize your website around the services, locations, and questions that matter to your customers.

  • Dedicated pages for important services.
  • Clear structure, internal links, and crawlable content.
  • Accurate business information and local search foundations.
The question your site should answer

Does your site have a useful answer for the service a customer is searching for?

A search foundation built around your actual business.

03 / AI discovery · Answer engine optimization

Make your expertise clear to AI search.

Customers can research businesses through AI-generated answers. We make your services, credentials, and differentiators explicit, so search systems have useful information to understand and reference.

  • Specific answers to real buying questions.
  • Verified facts and credentials in readable text.
  • Structured information consistent with visible content.
The question your site should answer

Could a person—or a search system—explain what makes your business relevant?

Clear, useful source material for search and AI discovery.

AI recommendations and citations are not guaranteed. Search fundamentals still matter.

04 / Show the business behind the promise

Let customers see why you’re worth choosing.

Quality is hard to judge from generic copy. Real projects, relevant photography, reviews, and credentials give your reputation substance online.

  • Project stories that show the work and the context.
  • Real photography and accurately attributed reviews.
  • Specifications, certifications, or details buyers need.
The question your site should answer

What can a visitor actually see that supports your claims?

Evidence that helps a buyer move from interest to confidence.

05 / Built around the next customer action

Turn “this looks good” into “let’s talk.”

We build around the action that matters to your business: a quote request, a call, an appointment, or a qualified inquiry. Every key page should make that next step clear.

  • Relevant calls to action where decisions happen.
  • Short, useful forms with a clear next step.
  • Inquiry routing and supported booking connections.
The question your site should answer

After someone decides they are interested, how much work is it to reach you?

A direct path from research to a useful inquiry.

06 / Learn what is earning its place

Know more than how many people visited.

Visits are only the start. We define meaningful actions and, where your systems support it, connect inquiries to sales outcomes so improvements can follow evidence.

  • Track forms, calls, and booking actions.
  • Record inquiry source and quality where possible.
  • Use qualified leads and outcomes to guide improvements.
The question your site should answer

Can you tell which inquiries became worthwhile conversations or jobs?

A measurement plan tied to your business goals.

Why invest now?

Your customers are already
making the comparison.

Google search. AI answers. Your website on a phone. Each is a chance to make your expertise clear—or leave the next step to a competitor.

You don’t need every new tool. You need the foundations that let customers find, trust, and contact you, and a way to learn what works. Waiting keeps the same gaps in place.

Matt rebuilt our website from the ground up, and for the first time it actually looks like the shop we run. It’s fast, it works on a phone, and getting a quote is right there — we’ve had new customers tell us they found us online. I trust him with our name, and that’s not something I say lightly.

02 / What we help you improve

A stronger website.
A smoother business.

Start where the friction is. For most website projects, that means a clear, credible online presence. Add tools where they solve a real problem.

03 / Who this is for

You’ve built the business.
Let’s bring the digital side up to date.

For established small and medium-sized businesses ready to invest in a more professional presence and a better customer experience.

Your work outshines your website.

Customers see quality in person, but your site makes them work to understand it.

Getting in touch takes too much effort.

Services, forms, and next steps are unclear, especially on a phone.

Your team repeats the same admin.

Inquiries and job details move between paper, email, and disconnected tools.

Trade businesses · Manufacturers · Professional services · Local businesses · Associations & nonprofits

04 / A clear path forward

Know what’s happening.
At every step.

You bring the business knowledge. We guide the decisions, design, and build, with clear points for your input.

  1. 01

    Discover

We discuss your customers, goals, current website, and systems. You receive a proposed scope and quote.

  2. 02

We develop the structure, messaging, and visual direction. You review and approve at agreed milestones.

  3. 03

    Build & launch

  4. 04

    Support

Choose the hosting and support arrangement that fits. Updates and improvements follow a defined scope.

05 / Scope & investment

A considered investment.
A clear agreement.

A substantial rebuild involves more than a new look. The quote reflects your content, customer journeys, and the systems we need to connect.

Project work

Fixed price for the agreed scope.

Pages, design, messaging, integrations, revisions, responsibilities, and launch requirements are agreed before work begins. Additional work is priced and approved first.

Discuss scope and budget

After launch

Ongoing costs, explained separately.

Hosting, maintenance, content edits, and growth work are scoped separately. AI services may include setup, monthly fees, and usage charges, explained in your proposal.

We’ll agree what you can update, what we manage, and how support requests are handled.

06 / Family-business standards

Modern tools.
A real person behind them.

I’m Matt. Woodbridge Agency grew from the family print shop my father has run since 1980.

That connection shapes how I work: understand the job, explain the choices, and care about the business whose name is on it.

Today, I bring that approach to websites, design, and practical technology. You work directly with me, from the first conversation through the build and agreed support.

Let’s talk about your business

07 / Before we start

A few useful
answers.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Bring the problem you want to solve. We’ll help determine whether that calls for a rebuild, a targeted improvement, or a connected tool.

Can you work with our current website and tools?

We start by reviewing them. Reuse, migration, and integrations depend on access and what those systems support. We confirm the approach before quoting.

Who supplies the content and photos?

We agree that during scoping. You provide business facts and approve content. Copywriting, photography needs, and any licensed assets are made explicit in the proposal.

How long does a rebuild take?

Timing depends on scope, content readiness, feedback, and integrations. You receive a project schedule with review milestones before work starts.

Will AI replace talking to a person?

The goal is to handle routine questions and reduce avoidable admin. We plan where a person takes over and what the assistant should never decide on its own.

Does the free review include a redesign?

It includes a short assessment and three recommended priorities. A custom homepage concept or full design is separate, agreed work.
